RETURNS

  • You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of the day you received it.
  • The product(s) must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.
    Please note that all leather products cannot be oiled or treated in any way.
    Please note that bridles must be separated.
  • Ensure the product (s) are in their original packaging with intact labels.

How do I make a return within the EU?

Returns with DHL:

  1. Contact Bhoof customer service team to receive your return label at info@bhoof.com.
  2. Pack the Bhoof product(s) and please make sure to send the product(s) back in the same condition as it was in when you received it.
  3. Clearly attach the return label on the package. Make sure that any old labels are removed or no longer legible.
  4. Drop your package at the closest DHL service point. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we’ll refund you for the returned product(s).

Please be aware when you make a return using our return label, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. More information regarding the return cost can be found under the headline “Return cost”.

We have a fixed return cost stated as below:

  • Sweden: 49 SEK
  • Germany & Netherlands: 15 EURO
  • Norway & Switzerland: 20 EURO
  • Rest of Europe: 15 EURO

This will be deducted from your order when returning your item.

We do not process direct exchanges at our warehouse. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our exchange process.

  1. Contact Bhoof customer service team to receive your return label and your personal free shipping code at info@bhoof.com.
  2. Please return the Bhoof product as described and make sure you follow the detailed process, found under headline “Return process”.
  3. Place your new order on our website.
  4. Use your personal code in the checkout to receive free shipping on your exchange order.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We will process your refund promptly upon receiving and inspecting your return. Typically, you can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days.

Should you receive a defective item please contact our customer service team at info@bhoof.com. Please share your order number and photos of the defective product. We aim to resolve issues promptly, provided the problem is a result of a manufacturing or material defects.
